GeonBytes is committed to providing high-quality products and services to our clients. However, in the event that a client is not satisfied with a purchase, we have established a refund and returns policy that is in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Cyprus.

Refund Policy

GeonBytes offers refunds for products and services that are defective or do not meet the specifications advertised. To request a refund, the client must contact GeonBytes within 14 days of the purchase and provide a detailed explanation of the issue. If the issue is determined to be a result of a defect or error on our part, the client will be eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the request being approved.

Returns Policy

GeonBytes does not accept returns for services that have been rendered. If a client is not satisfied with a service, they may request a revised version of the service or a partial refund at the discretion of GeonBytes.

In the case of physical products, returns are only accepted if the product is in its original condition and packaging. The client must contact GeonBytes within 14 days of the purchase to request a return and receive instructions on how to proceed. The client is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to GeonBytes. Returns will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of the returned product.

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for refund or return:

  • Custom software or services
  • Downloadable software products
  • Services that have been rendered

Warranty

GeonBytes provides a warranty for its products and services in accordance with the specifications advertised. If a product or service is defective, the client may request a refund or a revised version of the service within the warranty period. The warranty period and the terms of the warranty will be specified in the product or service agreement.

Acceptance of Refund and Returns Policy

By using the products and services of GeonBytes, the client agrees to be bound by the terms of this policy. If the client does not agree to the terms of this policy, they should not make purchases from GeonBytes.

Changes to Refund and Returns Policy

GeonBytes reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The latest version of this policy will be available on the GeonBytes website.
